Our fees are calculated based on the time spent on a case. The hourly rate is determined by the level of experience of the lawyers involved and the complexity of the case.
For some cases, a flat fee or another method of calculation may be agreed upon.
All new cases, and all first appointments, are subject to a minimum charge of €300 excluding taxes plus VAT. Payment is due at the time of service.
